In Kuban, a policeman was arrested who knocked down a woman on the road and left her on the side of the road; the victim died. On Wednesday, March 9, reports KP.RU .

According to the publication, it happened on March 3 on the highway of the village of Pavlovskaya, Krasnodar Territory. It is assumed that the 43-year-old policeman fled after the hit-and-run. Later, the victim lying on the side of the road was noticed by the driver of another car. The paramedics couldn't help her. They suggested that with timely help, the woman could be saved.

After the incident, the policeman came to work, as he had just taken over the shift that morning. Colleagues noticed nervous behavior. During the inspection, the law enforcement officer practically did not try to deny his guilt. According to him, it started raining that morning during the trip, a 57-year-old woman appeared on the road unexpectedly, the driver could not stop the car.

He loaded the downed woman into the car and took her to the clinic. On the way, the inspector realized that the woman had died. Then the driver, in a state of great emotional excitement, stopped the car, pulled the woman out and left her on the side of the road, after which he came to work. Now the policeman has already been suspended from service. At the time of the accident, he was sober, which is confirmed by the examination data.
