Russia is responsible for the growing tension in relations with Western countries. Austrian Foreign Minister Alexander Schallenberg accused Moscow of this, TASS reports.

The diplomat noted that Russia regularly conducts military exercises with Belarus and threatens to deploy troops in Latin America, which contributes to the deterioration of relations with Western states. He also accused the Kremlin of cyberattacks against Ukraine.

Schallenberg called on Moscow to remove its hands from Kiev, as well as to withdraw from Transnistria, Donbass, Crimea, Ossetia, Abkhazia. "This would be the way that shows the seriousness of the perception of the Helsinki Final Act," he said.

Earlier, the head of the Russian delegation at the Vienna talks on military security and arms control, Konstantin Gavrilov, said that the talks between Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken could bring progress to the diplomatic process on security.
